Ameerah Ismail was among the standout performers as England’s U15 squash team delivered a clean sweep at the 2025 Five Nations Tournament in Nantes. The young talent played a pivotal role in the team’s undefeated run, showcasing composure, power, and tactical intelligence throughout the high-stakes competition.
Facing teams from France, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales, Ismail helped England dominate in a round-robin format, contributing to crucial match victories that secured the title. Her performances highlighted not only her skill but also her potential as a future leader in English squash.
The tournament, hosted at Maison du Squash, expanded its format this year to include three girls and three boys per team, underlining a push for greater inclusivity.
