Re-Stringing

We offer an in house professional stringing service for Tennis, Squash, Badminton and Racquetball rackets.

We also offer a UK mail order service subject to delivery charges. Please email sales@goode-sport.co.uk

We usually offer a 48 hour turnaround time on all restrings (not including delivery time)

Orders made before 2.30pm will be processed the same day

Standard Delivery is charged at £4.99 in the UK and is next working day (some exceptions apply)

Standard Delivery is free inside the UK for orders over £130

Outside the UK delivery is charged at £9.99 - £24.99 depending on the location.

Standard Delivery in the EU is 3-5 working days (subject to courier)

We do not ship outside the EU

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, we have a simple returns policy which is as follows:

Items must be returned with in 14 days of purchase.
All items must be returned in the condition it was shipped in and in a re-saleable condition.
The Buyer is responsible for the return postage cost.
Goode Sport will bear the cost of delivery if the goods are deemed to be faulty. Exchanges outside the UK will incur further delivery charges.
We will endeavour to complete returns with in 7 working days.

We are also happy to exchange any product, for a different shoe, clothing size or grip size on a Tennis Racket.
This will be returned free of charge.
All items must be returned in the condition it was shipped in and in a re-saleable condition.
The Buyer is responsible for the return postage cost to Goode Sport
