Ladies and Gentlemen, we are incredibly excited here at Ashaway to announce that we have recently signed our first fully sponsored Ashaway squash player. The man of the hour is 27-year-old Ben Coleman from Chelmsford who is an extremely exciting prospect, currently ranked 45 in the world and continually growing in stature on the Professional Squash Association (PSA) circuit.
Ben joined the PSA in 2009 at the age of 18 and has thrived at the top level of competition ever since. Then in 2014, Ben’s career sprang into life as he won 4 PSA World Tour Titles in the same year. With his confidence sky high, this was only the beginning of a remarkable journey. Securing 4 titles in 2015, it proved to be yet another excellent year for the youngster, claiming his 5th and 6th title in Salt Lake City and Atlanta. To top off 2015, Ben broke into the World top 60.
2017, Ben progressed even further up the world rankings, breaking into the World top 50. In addition to this, he also had a string of excellent results, medalling in several tournaments around the world. His manager, and founder of player agency, Dynamic 7, Daryl Selby commented, ‘Delighted to work with Ashaway and Goode Sport to bring them together with our client Ben Coleman to promote their exciting new line of rackets and of course their excellent string.’
